RETURNS? NO PROBLEM!

 

  • We offer a 28 Day return period, parcels should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, parcels returned after 14 days (but no later than 28 days) will be issued with a store credit.
  • If your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days via email at [email protected] with a picture of the damaged item so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.

  • If you have received and incorrect item, please email us within 14 days to [email protected] so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.

  • You must print and complete your returns form (pdf or jpeg) – for either a refund or an exchange.

  • Unless damaged or faulty all returned items must be in a re-sellable and unused condition with all tags intact.

  • We are unable to offer returns on jewellery, cosmetics, lenses, stick on bras or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

  • Pack your items and include either the packing slip, invoice or returns form in the original packaging (where possible), this allows us to deal with your request in a timely manner.

  • Choose one of the returns methods below & attach your label to the outside of your parcel

  • Return your parcel and allow 5 working days to receive an email confirmation of the return being received.

  • Allow 14 working days after you receive the email confirmation for your refund to be processed, please note any return postage cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund (this does not apply to faulty or incorrect items).

  • If you require an exchange you will be issued with a store credit for the item(s) you wish to exchange, allowing you to reorder the size/colour required depending on stock availability.

  • Please note store credits are valid for 1 year (365 days), from the date it was issued.

Royal Mail – This method will cost you £1.99 and will be deducted from your refund.

 

  1. Print off a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label,

  2. No Printer? No problem - Royal Mail can print the label for you in one of Royal Mail Customer Service Points.

  3. Attach your label to the front of your item - make sure you remove or cover any old labels if you're reusing packaging - and take it to your nearest Post Office - remember to request proof of postage.

Use of own courier & International Customers – paid by customer

 

  1. You can return your parcel using your own courier by sending any unwanted items back to:

  2. This is the only return method for all International orders

  3. We advise to use some form of tracking or proof of postage, parcels returned via your own method are your responsibility until we receive them.
